We reserve ourselves for any errors on the site, such as errors in product description, incorrect prices, price adjustments, and incorrect combinations of image and text. We also reserve for sold out products and for items where the order has been validated but the article is unfortunately out of stock. Should this happen, we will notify you immediately so you will be able to change or cancel your order.
The product images and photos we use in our e-shop are verified and approved by our Digital Marketing Team in collaboration with Product Manager. We strive to use as representative images as possible, and make sure that they match the reality as well as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all images reflect the exact appearance of the product. Keep in mind that light and colors can be reproduced differently on different computers / mobile screens depending on settings. We work hard to offer you a nice shop with high quality pictures and interesting texts. Therefore, our images and texts are copyrighted. This means that you may not copy or use the content without our written consent. All plagiarism is taken seriously and is always reported. What are the conditions when ordering at SMÅ?
In order to shop with us, you must accept our terms of purchase when you place your order. Upon received orders, we will send an order confirmation to your specified e-mail address. Always save your order confirmation. In case of contact with us, we need your order number to help you in the best possible way. You can order from us 24 hours a day and usually your package will be shipped within two business days. Exception given to special offers or extra high business periods such as sales or Christmas shopping.
How do your prices and payment methods work?
All prices in our shop are inclusive of Swedish VAT. At checkout you can see the total price of your order including all fees. At SMÅ you can pay with the most common payment cards (such as VISA and MasterCard), but also with Paypal and Applepay. Would you rather pay by bank transfer? Contact us – we will be happy to help you!
What about special offers and promotions?
SMÅ may offer promotions on different occasions and for a limited time. Campaigns are valid for the time specified in the offer and for the specific items specified in the campaign. We reserve the right to recall offers at any time. All campaigns are valid for a limited time and as long as the stock is sufficient.
What is the shipping cost and how is my package sent? Shipping charge depends on the destination and weight of your parcel. A purchase of more than 60 € will be sent out for free within the European union.. All items in stock are usually shipped within two business days, but delivery time may vary depending on factors we cannot control. Our packages are delivered directly in the mailbox or to your nearest delivery point. You will receive a notification by e-mail that your order is available. Please note that your package will only be available at your place of delivery for 14 days. If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be returned to us and we are entitled to charge you a fee of 9 € for the return and handling of the package. If you want the package to be shipped again, freight charges will be applied.
Changes and returns:
When you shop at SMÅ, you have 30 days to return your article. The period begins to run on the day you receive your goods. Returned goods should be unused and in original packaging, labels may not be removed. Contact us if you want to make a return or a change and we will help you. Never send back packages without contacting us first. If you get damaged or defective goods, we will of course be responsible for the shipping cost. We also do our best to fix your complaint as soon as possible, with new goods or a refund. All complaints must be approved by us before returning. Once your product has been returned, we will compensate you in accordance with current consumer protection laws. This will happen within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Disputes should first be resolved in agreement after discussion with SMÅ.
