SMÅ - INTEGRITY POLICY

 

You have probably heard of the new Privacy Policy, GDPR.

GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation. The law started on May 25, 2018 for all EU countries. In Sweden, GDPR replaces the Old Personal Data Act (PUL). The purpose of the new act is to strengthen the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information at SMÅ.

 -What kind of information do you collect about me?

We collect information that helps us provide a service to you/fulfill orders from you.

This includes: Name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

-How do you use my information?

We do not collect more information than we need to provide our services to you, but we need to know some about you to provide you with order information, payment information and statistics in line with this overall policy.

-How long do you save my information?

We have accounting requirements that require us to keep a portion of your information for up to 7 years, after which it is deleted. Information we use for newsletters or marketing is maintained until the time you choose to unsubscribe.

-Do you share information about me with someone else?

No third party has access to your personal information as long as the law does not require us to share it. We have procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled safely in accordance with applicable legislation. More information can be obtained by contacting us.

-What are my rights?

*You may request a copy of the personal information we have about you.

* You may request your information corrected or removed.

* You may request us to delete your personal information, but some information must be saved because we cannot delete data that the law requires us to retain.

* You can withdraw your consent to receive newsletters at any time, either by unsubscribing or by contacting us.

* You may file a complaint to the Data Inspectorate if you believe that we treat your personal data in violation of the Data Protection Ordinance.
